Nkuringo Gorilla Camp is located inside Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, shortly after Kisoro town council, you behold the safari lodge rising out in the far horizons of the misty hills; deliberately set  on the Mushengero peninsular facing the great Virunga volcanoes. It is an affordable luxurious lodge in Nkuringo in Southern Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. It is a convenient location for those who would like to go gorilla tracking in either Nkuringo or Rushaga Sector of Bwindi.

Buhoma Community Rest Camp has been the backbone of BMCDA since its inception in 1993.

The location of the Nkuringo Gorilla Camp offers the perfect base to track the newly habituated Nkuringo family of gorillas and Mgahinga Gorilla groups too.

Around the Camp
Explore the Bafumbira making local brew; taste it! Watch out for there dress code. Every after a short interval, you will meet a person smoking his pipe in a relaxed mood; carrying luggage suspended loosely on his back with the support of a thong on his fore head, in a style similar to tea pickers in the tea estates.

Accommodation is offered in 7 well-sited self contained tented rooms, 2 family cottages and tented camps. The accommodation fee includes breakfast.

Thesafari lodge has a fully stocked bar serving beers, whisky, wines, spirits, brandy and a restaurant serving both local as well as international cuisine.
